  Communication is not their strong suit. So I was a little concerned about the service work I had scheduled. Replace slide out seals and slide out awnings for 5 slides. As requested I forwarded photos of the material needed. They promised to turn it around in a day. I arrive and they put me right in, introduced me to the technician that would be working on my home. : ) End of day comes and they did not finish, but they took the time to explain to me the nature of the hold up. It was that method the manufacturer used to secure the seals. Made it very difficult and time consuming to remove. I understood why it took longer than expected, had to pay for the extra hours that it took. I didn't like it, but I can't really fault them as the shop rate is by the hour and they did not create the problem that took extra time. They found some blockage and debris on the refrigerator vent and cleaned it without charging extra. I found them to be competent. and provided good service. I will go back to them for future service.
